How to prepare?

• Hydrate yourself before and after your massage
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Complete your intake form ( This form will be sent the day of your appointment.)
• Arrive 5-10 mintues early to get settled and start your session relaxed.

What to expect at the appointment?

• Your Massage Therapist will bring you into the massage room and then through your intake form
• Once your massage therapist leaves the room you can undress completely and get under the flat sheet and blanket covering yourself completely.
• Once you are on the table and covered the massage will knock and ask if you are all set.
• At the end of the session the massage therapist will step out and let you get dressed.
• Fully dressed you may step out of the room.

Cómo Prepararte para tu Masaje

• Hidrátate antes y después del masaje para ayudar a tu cuerpo.
• Usa ropa cómoda para que sea más fácil cambiarte antes y después de la sesión.
• Completa tu formulario de ingreso ( lo recibirás el mismo día de tu cita.)
• Llega 5–10 minutos antes para que puedas relajarte y comenzar la sesión sin apuros.

Qué Esperar Durante tu Cita

• Tu terapeuta de masaje te dará la bienvenida y revisará contigo el formulario de ingreso que completaste.
• Luego saldrá de la sala para que puedas desvestirte hasta donde te sientas cómodo/a y acostarte bajo la sábana y la manta.
• Una vez estés listo/a, el terapeuta tocará la puerta antes de volver a entrar para comenzar el masaje.
• Al finalizar la sesión, el terapeuta saldrá de nuevo para que puedas vestirte con tranquilidad.
• Ya vestido/a, puedes salir de la sala.
